At Thousand Voyages, we organize scheduled tours that take care of all travel logistics (accommodation, transportation, etc.) and documentation (visas and other travel documents). Each tour comes with a brief description, basic information such as price, number of group members, dates, etc., a map of the itinerary, and a detailed programme. Customised tours
We offer customised tours for individuals and small groups traveling independently around the world. Our services include coordinating, booking, and managing accommodations. We recommend the best choices for each location of your trip, including hotels, Airbnb, and bed and breakfasts. You will receive the names of the accommodations in the final itinerary, along with links to their websites or booking forms. In some cases, the accommodations we select may not be available on booking.com or any other platform, especially in remote areas. In such cases, we provide the name of the owner and a phone number.
The final itinerary includes a web and PDF version of the tour, a short description (resume), basic information about the trip (duration, places to visit, and travel period), a travel budget with a detailed spending table (downloadable PDF file), a Google map with the itinerary and bookmarks for places, hotels, and restaurants, a link to a Google KML file that can be uploaded to a cell phone and used during the trip, and a complete daily itinerary with activities and places to visit. We also provide recommendations for accommodations and excellent restaurants, along with links for bookings and reservations.
Private guided tours
Our agency offers private guided tours around the world. You will receive a package price from us in advance, which includes the services of a professionally qualified tour leader, pick-up and drop-off from your hotel or accommodation, transportation in an air-conditioned vehicle, fuel and parking costs, accommodation, transfers to and from the airport, and any other additional services you may require. We offer two secure payment options at the time of service:
- PayPal - You will receive a PayPal invoice with the total amount. You can pay with your credit card or PayPal account.
- A Revolut business account (in Euro) for a bank transfer.
